In the event of an unsatisfactory order please read our Returns & Exchange policy below:
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns.
If you receive a defective product or a wrong order we can create an exchange at no cost to you or a refund up to 10 days after delivery.
If you request a refund after the 10 day period we will not be able to fulfill your request.
We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds can be full or partial depending on the order. If we issue you a refund it can take up to 10 business days to be processed. Refunds will be credited to you via your original payment method.
