How It Works
1. Choose One-Time Purchase or Quarterly Subscription
Our Specialty Boxes are available through a convenient quarterly auto-ship subscription. Instead of receiving one box each month, you'll receive three themed boxes all at once, delivered every three months. This gives you the full sensory experience - perfect for gift-giving, personal indulgence, or planning ahead. Or, try it out with a one-time purchase. Subscription boxes are charged every 3 months for each theme. One-time purchases are shipped within 2-3 days. During the hot Nevada Summer months, we only ship on Monday and Tuesdays. *Price INCLUDES shipping.*
2. Treat yourself or someone else each month
Each box is hand-packed with a 5 oz. artisanal natural soap and a 3 oz. coconut soy candle in that month's exclusive scent. In addition, each box includes a surprise full-size self-care product, a natural fiber soap bag, and a mini reed car diffuser. Great for your car or keep it in the bathroom. *Only available for one-time purchases or full three month subscriptions. Cannot separate quarterly shipments.*

We specifically curate a scent for each month that is exclusively available to subscribers. You won’t be able to buy them anywhere else! All scents are created with carefully selected natural oils. It's a fun way to try a new and uncommon scent each month for our self-care and gift-giving enthusiasts.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
The price of the subscription box includes shipping anywhere in the United States.
How many hours will the 3oz candle burn?
You'll get around 15 hours of burn time with our 3 oz. candle tins. The perfect amount of time for a monthly subscription!
When does my card get charged?
You can purchase a single box anytime - your card will be charged at checkout.
If you choose our 3-month prepaid subscription, you’ll pay upfront and receive a 5% discount. After the first payment, your card will be charged again on the 1st of the month once your 3-month cycle ends.
When does my box ship?
We ship all boxes between the 5th and 10th of each month. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your box is on its way!
When is the cutoff to receive the next box?
Order by the last day of the month to receive the following month’s box.
Example: Subscribe by May 31 to get the June box (shipping around June 5–10).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your 3-month subscription anytime.
If you’re on a 3-month prepaid plan, your subscription will not renew after the current cycle unless you choose to continue.
Can I ship to someone else?
Yes! Type the recipient's name and address in the "Order Special Instructions" box during checkout. Please check that all information is correct. For 3-month subscription boxes, email uncommonsoapery@gmail.com.
How do I change, cancel, or pause my subscription if I sign up?
After you purchase your subscription box, you will create an account with us. Your subscription can be managed within your account. And, you can always send us message through the chat button if you have questions. You can cancel at anytime.
